Giulia Rinaldis Hollister

Giulia Rinaldis Hollister is a dedicated advisor and administrator with more than two decades of experience in education, business, consulting, and student-centered services. She has worked across higher education, private schools, test prep organizations, and education-focused businesses, consistently boosting program reach, strengthening strategic relationships, and supporting organizational growth. Her work is grounded in a commitment to helping students and families navigate complex international and US education pathways with clarity and confidence, always centering ethical guidance and best-fit outcomes.

Through GRHollister Consulting, Giulia advises domestic and international families on the full range of US boarding school, high school, college, and graduate school opportunities. She has helped more than eighty US and international clients gain admission to best-fit and top-choice schools, programs, internships, and other opportunities by focusing on self-awareness, structured planning, and strong application materials. Her parallel experience in client services and school partnerships, including work with CampusDoor and Revolution Prep, reflects her ability to analyze complex educational documents, manage large caseloads, build partnerships with K–12 schools, and deliver high-quality programming in both in-person and virtual formats.

Giulia has a particularly deep background in international admissions and cross-cultural engagement. As Associate Director of International Admissions and Coordinator of Summer Programs at Dickinson College, she developed global recruitment strategies, traveled to more than twenty-five countries, increased international enrollment and applications dramatically, and created communications, policies, and programs tailored to international students. Her long-standing collaboration with Shanghai-based Abest Edu as a US Senior Counselor, including workshops for Chinese families and contributions to a guide on studying in US high schools, further underscores her expertise with international students, especially those from China.
