Molly Prince

Molly Prince is a seasoned college counselor and educator based in Louisville, Kentucky, with deep experience in both classroom teaching and upper school leadership. Over more than a decade at Louisville Collegiate School, she served as Director and Co-Director of College Counseling, Associate Director of College Counseling, Dean of Students and Mathematics Department Chair, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how academic planning, student life and college advising intersect. Her work has focused on helping students and families navigate the college admissions process with clarity, empathy and a strong eye toward academic fit and personal development.

In her independent practice, Prince College Counseling, Molly partners closely with students to build balanced college lists, craft authentic applications and manage a calm, organized application process. Her background as a middle and upper school math instructor and department chair means she is especially skilled at supporting students pursuing rigorous STEM coursework, aligning curricula and helping families understand the implications of course choices on college options. Earlier experience at Columbus Academy and as an instructor with the National Outdoor Leadership School adds a dimension of experiential education, leadership development and resilience building to her counseling philosophy.
