Trung Le

Trung Le is the founder and head counselor of Bay Area College Consulting, bringing over 14 years of experience helping students position themselves in the top 16% of the application pool. His distinctive approach focuses on building compelling student profiles through website creation, book and student journal publications, and founding clubs and nonprofit organizations. With 16 years of college teaching experience at institutions including De Anza College in Cupertino, Trung combines deep academic expertise with practical knowledge of what makes students stand out.

Trung earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Philosophy from San Jose State University, studied political science at the University of California, Berkeley during the summers of 2004–2006, and was a candidate in the summer program of Harvard University in 2006. From 2005 to 2021, he taught at San Jose State University, De Anza College, Diablo Valley College, Gavilan College, and San Jose City College, instructing over 1,800 college students and reading more than 25,000 pages of college-level assignments.

Trung has consulted with clients throughout the United States, the Middle East, and Canada, helping them create publications, websites, clubs, and nonprofit organizations that demonstrate leadership and initiative. He is a member of the Western Association of College Admissions Counseling.
