Holly Towers McManus

Holly Towers McManus is an elementary school counselor with Vista Unified School District, serving students in Carlsbad and the greater North County San Diego region since 2019. She provides comprehensive support that includes social-emotional learning, behavior interventions and early academic planning for young learners. Her focus is on creating safe, inclusive school climates where every child feels seen, supported and ready to learn.

Holly has extensive experience across K–12 settings. She worked as a counselor for non-public schools in the San Diego Unified School District from 2012 to 2015, and previously served as a school counselor at John Muir Magnet School after completing counseling internships at Earl Warren Middle School and Mira Mesa High School. She also held a dual role as college counselor and teacher at Cal Coast Academy, which deepened her understanding of the full student journey from elementary through post-secondary planning.
