Gina Lee is Founder and CEO of Education Vine Consulting | Gina B. Lee Consulting, based in Los Angeles, California, where she has served as an independent college counselor since July 2013 ?. She advises both U.S. and international high school students aspiring to attend best-fit colleges, ranging from supportive environments to highly selective institutions ??. Her expertise stems from her experience as the former Director of College Counseling and 11th/12th grade Academic Dean at American University Preparatory School, an international boarding school where she built a comprehensive counseling program and collaborated on the academic advisory team 

Gina guides students to craft authentic stories while developing partnerships with industry experts. She emphasizes personal transformation through relationship building, a changed mindset and a winning attitude, regardless of limited resources or the scale of a student's dream. As a parent of two children who successfully navigated the admissions process and attended Harvard College, she brings personal empathy and insight to families facing the anxiety of the ever-changing admissions landscape.

Gina is a professional member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), serving since October 2019, and holds memberships in the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC) and International Association for College Admission Counseling (International ACAC) since May 2015. She earned a College Counseling Certificate from UCLA Extension. In 2023, she received IECA's "Making a Difference Award" for her exemplary volunteer service and dedication to the counseling community.
