Edmonson Montessori

Edmonson Montessori is a unique option among Elementary Schools in Michigan, providing a full Montessori education for Pre-K through 8th Grade in a public-school environment. We have small classes with a 14:1 student–teacher ratio, so every student gets individualized attention and hands-on learning experiences. Students are engaged in practical, hands-on learning in a defined school day with structured learning times. They flourish in a developmentally appropriate setting in which they learn independence, critical thinking, and creativity through; robotics, art, music, chess, basketball, and Girl Scouts. Culturally, overall academic proficiency rates are showing continued data and shifts in current and historical challenges.
