Mandee Heller Adler is Founder and President of International College Counselors, one of the world's largest and most successful college and graduate school admissions counseling businesses, which she launched in 1999. International College Counselors provides expert admissions advice to families in the United States and around the world, offering personalized strategies and support for students seeking undergraduate and graduate school admissions. As a Certified Educational Planner, author and expert speaker, she has over 20 years of experience helping students reach their educational goals. Her specialties include college planning and guidance, essay and application review, interview preparation and school selection, with a focus on helping students make strategic choices that fit their goals and strengths.

Mandee works one-on-one with families to create detailed plans for high school coursework and extracurricular activities, develop balanced and ambitious college lists, assist with applications and essays, build timelines, manage deadlines and support every aspect of the admissions process. As president of International College Counselors, she oversees a team of full-time college advisors in multiple locations who work with students of all backgrounds, including student athletes, fine arts majors, National Merit Scholars, students with learning differences and first-generation students. ICC uses a personal, one-on-one approach and an intentionally structured roadmap that often begins as early as ninth grade to guide students through academic planning, testing strategy, extracurricular development, summer opportunities, essays and college selection. Mandee is the author of multiple books, including From Public School to the Ivy League and International Admissions: How to get accepted to U.S. Colleges, which provide practical guidance for students seeking admission to top universities without top-dollar resources.

Before starting International College Counselors, Mandee worked as an investment banking analyst in the Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets groups at Goldman Sachs in New York from 1995 to 1997. She later co-founded HerDollar, an internet company focused on women investors, which she sold to Siebert Financial Corp in 2000 and then served as Co Founder, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Women's Financial Network at Muriel Siebert and Co. She also founded and led a Sarbanes-Oxley consulting business, Heller Adler. Mandee graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School with honors and two degrees, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Multinational Management as a Benjamin Franklin Scholar, before completing an MBA at Harvard Business School. She studied for a year at Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE in Madrid as a Rotary Fellow and received approximately 60,000 dollars in scholarship aid during her own education, an experience that informs her work in helping families explore financial aid strategies.?
