The Edinburg Academy campus includes the Juvenile Detention Center. For the 2025–2026 school year, the center is making full student support a top priority in its academic planning. This means better help for students who have trouble learning and more programs that help them catch up. The school still has events like the Veterans Day celebration to help students get to know their community and learn about their responsibilities as citizens. The Texas Juvenile Justice Department's "Graduate Now" programs are also helping students make the transition from high school to college and high-demand jobs.
