Moonpreneur on-boards Sailesh Malhotra, former MD at Accenture, as the Managing Director (India) with the vision of taking their company from 100 to 1000+ employees.

As a further step to achieving our goals, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Sailesh Malhotra as the Managing Director of India. This move will enable the company to leverage the synergies across various teams in India, drive operational efficiencies, and, most importantly, enhance our customer relationships at a country and global level.
Sailesh, who has over 30 years of experience, has been associated with Moonpreneur. for several months and led the ELDP, B2B Sales, and other initiatives. Before Moonpreneur, he was the MD at Accenture, where he led over 10000 employees globally and $800M+ in revenue.
Sailesh is well known for his leadership, strategies, innovative approaches and will play a crucial role in scaling our overall Indian operations. In his career spanning over three decades, he has worked in leadership positions at brands like Tata Steel, Xansa, and Accenture.
The Managing Director, India role will complement our existing global organizational structure as we develop and implement strategies to deliver immense value via our offerings, profitable growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
Apart from leading from the front, as a global technology leader, Sailesh has also mentored students. He is excited about associating with Moonpreneur, a crusader of change in the education sector and leading a competent team.
